The Clearwater County Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual fundraising banquet and auction Friday night, May 5th at the BW Lodge at River’s Edge. The event was sold out! 175 people enjoyed a night of fun, good food provided by Fiesta En Jalisco and some great items won by many. Special thanks to our wonderful MC Jeff Jones and our auctioneer Earl Musick for the entertainment and successful completion of the event. A great number of people helped to put the event together and we want to give thanks and heartfelt appreciation to you all. During the chamber event another organization was honored with a moment of silence and tribute toward the Orofino Police Department Christmas 911 program. Scott Roughton made a special item dedicated to former Police Chief Jeff Wilson which was auctioned and received the largest contribution of the night from none other than Chris Loseth of P1FCU. Chris also won the prize for the new game played and donated his winnings back to the Chamber. We are grateful for Chris and all the members of our community who participated and helped raise funds for the chamber to continue the work it’s been doing for our county and citizens. Our board of directors: President: Malia Erlewine, members: Ashley Steinbruecker, Brandee Consentino, Chrisina Bartlett, Kim Johnson, Lahni Ireland, Melissa Quigley and Director, Erica Holland wish to thank the auction committee members: Emily Simmons, Heather Storms, Alesia Rasmussen, Melina Johnson, Terri Kiele, Matt Sartini, Stephanie Crockett, Stephanie Deyo, Monica and Jeff Jones and event helpers Cody Steinbruecker, Jared Erlewine, Dave Holland, Dan Kiele, Alyssa Adams, Christina Cochrell and Tori Skiles; as well as our ticket sales crews at Banner Bank, LCCU and P1FCU and major sponsors: Debco Construction, Best Built Builders Supply, Edward Jones Investments, North Central Idaho Properties, Nightforce Optics, P1FCU, Clearwater Valley Health, Lewis Clark Credit Union and Mike’s Mechanical.
