Greetings,
I hope this email finds you well. The Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors will be hosting the annual meeting of the corporation on December 4, 2024. The location will be at the Rex Theatre in Orofino and time to begin at 4pm.
Membership vote for bylaw amendment and other business shall be conducted at this meeting. We encourage your participation.
Election of directors to the board are held during this annual meeting. The following people have been nominated to fill any open seats: Christina Bartlett, Brandee Consentino, Malia Erlewine, CC Horton, Felecia McAbee and Dru Zolman.
Christina Bartlett is our current Elk River Director and no other members from Elk River have shown interest. Brandee Consentino is our current Pierce Director and no other members from Pierce have shown interest. Malia Erlewine is our current President and will remain on the board in the Past President seat. Therefore if there are no other nominations, these current directors will retain their seats and they will be confirmed by vote at this meeting.
CC Horton, Felecia McAbee and Dru Zolman have been nominated to fill seats with the bylaw change to increase the number of those available. If you are interested in nominating or filling a seat on the board of directors, please respond prior to the meeting.
We will also be hosting holiday musical entertainment and treats to enjoy.
Attached are the updated bylaws for your review and approval.
