Dear Business Owners & Community Members,
The Clearwater County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce this year’s Annual Fundraising Dinner & Auction. This year’s theme is “Cinco de Mayo” and our 2023 auction will be held at the Best Western Lodge at River’s Edge in Orofino, ID on Friday, May 5th! We hope you will consider joining us for a fun filled night for all that will include a Live Auction, Silent Auction, Best Dressed Contest (Male & Female awards), multiple games/raffles, and great food!

Where Does the Money Raised at This Event Go?
The auction is the Chamber’s largest fundraiser, bringing needed revenue for community events (4th of July Fireworks, Trick or Treat Rocking the Street, Christmas Festival, Beautification & Improvement Projects, etc.). It also allows for community advertising and Chamber of Commerce operations throughout the year. As we are a non-profit organization funded solely through donations, this event brings in over 1/3 of our entire budget for the year!

How you can donate:

  1. We are once again collecting exciting items to be featured in this year’s Auction and we’re asking for your help. There are a variety of things that you or your business could give that would help the Auction; a weekend getaway, tickets to a play, attraction or sporting event, tour/expedition, a bottle of wine, merchandise from your store or neighboring business, or a cash donation for use in purchasing these fantastic packages.
  2. We are also offering event sponsorships this year. We have been so thankful for the amount of donated auction items people have given in the past, but in the interest of shortening the length of the live auction we are hoping that some of our supporters would be interested in being event sponsors.
    1. a. $1,000 Guest Sponsorship includes 8 tickets, catered dinner with dessert at the event and your logo featured in our advertising materials, radio, and on the chamber’s website (
    2. b. $700 Game Sponsor includes 6 tickets for catered dinner with dessert at the event and your business recognized in advertisement. We will ask you to provide volunteer assistance with a game (chosen from our list) during the event.

Whatever you can give, the Chamber of Commerce greatly appreciates! Your support means the world to us, and we will generously recognize your contribution in any way we can. Contact the Chamber office to make a donation and we’ll stop by your business to pick it up!

How to purchase tickets to the auction and why you should buy them early:
Purchase your tickets before April 20th, 2023 & your name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $250 CASH PRIZE! Drawing will take place the night of the Auction.
Tickets are being sold at the LCCU, P1FCU and Banner Bank branches in Orofino. You can also call (208) 476-4335 to reserve and pay for tickets over the phone.
Don’t forget to mark your calendar for Friday, May 5th. Doors will open at 5:30pm. Be sure to buy your tickets early, this event will sell out! Thank you for helping make this year’s auction extra special!
