All Idaho businesses could be eligible for business services provided by Equus through WIOA funding. Services are provided throughout the State of Idaho.
Business Services include:
Funds for on-the-job training (OJT). During OJT’s Equus will reimburse businesses for a portion (50%+) of an enrollee’s wage to help offset training and onboarding costs.
Outreach/Recruiting assistance through hiring events or company specific job fairs.
Direct placement and referrals.
Data presentation including LMI and industry specific information and trends.
