The Clearwater County Chamber of Commerce welcomes Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (IDVR) to membership. The agency’s mission is to prepare individuals with disabilities for employment and career opportunities while meeting the needs of employers. IDVR provides services to students with disabilities to transition from school to work and adults to obtain, maintain, or advance in employment. Additionally, IDVR provides services for businesses and organizations to include training and education on disability related topics, candidate prescreening and recruitment assistance, and understanding reasonable accommodations. IDVR’s goal is to provide support to both individuals with disabilities and businesses to ensure a positive outcome on both sides of the employment equation.
